Professional Pancakes

Pancakes just like the ones from a professional pancake bar.

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. First mix together:

    • 2 eggs
    • 1 teaspoon sugar
    • a pinch of salt
    • a little cinnamon if desired
  2. Then add:

    • all-purpose flour
    • milk
    • a little sparkling water
    • a little oil
  3. Mix everything well until the batter is neither too thick nor too runny.

  4. Cook the pancakes on a lightly oiled pan until golden on both sides.

Tip

Do not use too much oil in the pan, just enough to lightly coat the surface.
