This is the quickest and best Raffaello recipe you will ever make. Only 4 ingredients. No baking required.

Ingredients
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 4 white chocolates (80 g each)
- 150 g coconut
- almonds or hazelnuts
If you want a smaller quantity, simply reduce all ingredients.
Preparation
- Heat the heavy cream until it starts to boil.
- Add the white chocolate into the hot cream.
- Stir until everything melts completely and becomes a smooth mixture.
- Once you turn off the heat, add 100 g of coconut and mix well.
- Let the mixture cool first at room temperature, then place it in the fridge for 1β2 hours.
- Once the mixture firms up, start shaping the balls.
- If desired, place an almond or hazelnut inside each ball.
- Roll the balls in the remaining 50 g of coconut.

Tip
We used plain raw almonds and hazelnuts without blanching them. The Raffaello balls taste amazing even without additional preparation of the nuts.
