
A quick and refreshing salad with sour cream. We prepare it most often during summer, but sometimes in winter as well.
This salad is very practical when you travel somewhere for a day or two, for example to an apartment, and do not want to carry oil, vinegar or balsamic vinegar with you. In that case simply use yogurt or sour cream.
Wash and chop the vegetables.
If you are not using garlic powder, finely chop fresh garlic.
Add salt, pepper and ground paprika.
Add sour cream or yogurt and mix everything well.
Instead of sour cream you can also use yogurt. The salad will then be a little thinner, but even more refreshing.
When you travel somewhere for one night and do not bring oil and vinegar, this is an ideal way to season a salad with yogurt.
