Simple homemade mashed potatoes that go well with almost any main dish.

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into smaller pieces.
  2. Boil them in salted water for about 20 minutes until soft.
  3. Drain the water and add the butter.
  4. Slowly pour in the warm milk while mashing until the potatoes become smooth and creamy.
  5. Add salt to taste.

For more people, simply add 2 extra medium-sized potatoes per person.
