Mashed Potatoes for 2 People
Simple homemade mashed potatoes that go well with almost any main dish.
Ingredients
- 4 medium-sized potatoes
- 30 g butter
- 100 ml warm milk
- salt to taste
Preparation
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into smaller pieces.
- Boil them in salted water for about 20 minutes until soft.
- Drain the water and add the butter.
- Slowly pour in the warm milk while mashing until the potatoes become smooth and creamy.
- Add salt to taste.
For more people, simply add 2 extra medium-sized potatoes per person.
