Soup from ‘Nothing’ – Better Than Store-Bought Packet Soup

Soup made from ‘nothing’ is actually a soup made with Vegeta or a similar seasoning, noodles and eggs.

When you think you have ‘nothing’ for soup, this turns into a surprisingly delicious homemade soup.

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Heat 2 liters of water and immediately add 2 large tablespoons of Vegeta or similar seasoning.

  2. Once the water starts boiling add a handful of noodles.

  3. After boiling for about 5 minutes, beat 1 or 2 eggs in a separate bowl.

  4. Slowly pour the eggs into the boiling soup while gently stirring.

  5. Let the soup cook for another 5 minutes.

  6. You will see that it tastes even better than packet soup.

Tip

This soup is perfect when you do not have many ingredients at home but still want something warm, quick and homemade.
